The short version: Noble.Coffee is launching soon. Right now, the only reason we collect your details is to let you know when we open. We don’t use cookies, we don’t track you across the web, and we don’t sell or share your data with anyone.

What We Collect

When you join our launch list, we collect your email address (so we can reach you) and — only if you choose to share them — your name and your roast preferences. We also note the language you signed up in and an approximate country derived from your IP address, simply to understand where our audience is. That’s the full extent of it.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect your device information or browsing behaviour.

How We Use It

Your details are used for one purpose: to send you launch updates and product news about Noble.Coffee. We’ll let you know when the store goes live and share the occasional milestone on the way there.

We will not send you spam, promotional content from third parties, or anything unrelated to Noble.Coffee.

Who We Share With

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with any third party. Your data stays within Noble Coffee FZCO’s infrastructure.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights — a standard clause we don’t expect to ever invoke.

Your Rights

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from our list for good.
• Request deletion — email us at hello@noble.coffee and we’ll delete your data within 30 days.
• Request a copy — you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you. Given how little we store, it’ll be a short reply.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure and is encrypted both at rest and in transit.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way — such as when the full store launches and we begin handling orders and payments — we’ll email every subscriber before the changes take effect.

Minor clarifications (like fixing a typo) may be made without notice. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
